book is in very good condition, no writing, the front hinge on the cover shows heavy wear that also effects the first 15 pages or so, specifically the first several pages with all the reference guides and table of contents where the book was likely laid open during gameplay for hours at a time. All pages completely in tact, the binding is tight on the rest of the book, front and back covers show light wear but still look great, corners are very square- no dings
