 Trader-BOB's MUSIC offers a Cafe racer Style front fender. Made from fiberglass. No brand name. needs some minor repairs around the two mounts. Clamps on the lower fork legs. This was on a Honda CB500, with a 19" front wheel.  The length, straight across is  23", the length over the arch is 27-1/4", the inside measurement of the mounts is 4-3/4".  The last picture is an RD350 I built in the middle 1970's. This fender is almost identical to the one pictured. No the Yamaha is not for sale, I sold it long ago, (regretting it).   Read my feedback, buy with confidence!
