Gorgeous Plate.  It is marked Smithsonian Institution. I see no condition issues.  It is in excellent condition and it looks unused.  It measures 11 inches in diameter and is a discontinued pattern.  Replacements calls it SMB1.

Please look at the pictures carefully as they are a better description that anything I could write.  I use pictures to show accurately the condition of item listed.  I do not try to hide flaws, in fact I showcase anything that I think might be of interest to the buyer. I try and ship within 24 hours and pack as if I expect the package to be drop kicked. All glass/breakables are double boxed for shipping. I check all the major carriers and I am happy to use whichever one you would like.
