This is a Brand New Factory Sealed DVD Movie (Special Collectors Edition). This DVD includes a Pokemon TCG Game Card Inside: Keldeo. Card seems to be secured inside this copy (not moving around). This Movie in the US never included a promotional card (from my knowledge). This is a neat piece to add to any Pokemon/Movie collector.

Overall, the condition seems great. No noticeable damage or tear in the seal. Please view the item to gauge the condition yourself.
