Important:
1. To check if the bark collar delivers the shock stimulation, please whistle toward the sensor port as loudly as possible and put the test light tool on the probes. if you can not trigger the bark collar by whistling, try to download some dog barking sounds from the internet to your cellphone, and feed the speaker of the cellphone toward the sensor port when test the bark collar.
2. The dog's neck must be close to the sensor to trigger this bark collar.
Setting an Appropiate Training Level for Your Dog
There are 6 different sensitivity levels offered by Sorferina dog bark collar, you can find a suitable level by pressing S button. The bigger the number is, the more easily the bark collar will be triggered.
Many people may be worried that the shock mode may cause the risk of skin irritation. In response to this concern, we designed 6 shock intensity levels for dogs of different breeds and sizes. There are three steps to set the intensity:
Step 1: Make sure the mode is switch to shock mode, then press S button for 2 seconds to start setting the shock level, you will hear a rapid beep sound and the blue LED will flash.
Step 2: At this time, press the S time to set the suitable shock stimulation level. The bigger the number is, the stronger the shock intensity will be.
Step 3: To quit setting the shock level, press S button for 2 seconds and release it till you hear the beep sound and the blue LED keeps on.
Things we would recommend dog owners do:
1. Avoid leaving the collar on the dog for more than 10 hours per day.
2. Check the fit to prevent excessive pressure; follow the instructions in the user manual.
3. Never connect a lead to the smart dog collar; it will cause excessive pressure on the contact points of the bark collar.
4. When using a separate collar for a leash, don't put pressure on the dog bark collar.
5. Wash the dog's neck area and the contacts of the collar weekly with a damp cloth.
6. Check the tightness of the collar by inserting 1 finger between the end of a contact point and your dog’s neck. The fit should be snug but not constructing.
7. This anti barking collar for dogs is not a toy. Keep it away from the reach of children. Use it only for its bark stopping purpose.
8. This bark collar can be used with dogs of all size, but it’s particularly well suited for medium to large-sized dogs.
