Import Taxes:
International customers are responsible for any import tax/duty incurred upon delivery.
Please refer to the postage tab for delivery estimates. We do offer a variety of standard and express postage methods to most countries.
Damaged/Lost in Post: We expect that your item(s) will be received in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that any of your item(s) are received damaged, a free replacement or full refund will be offered. Please note all damages are investigated by the postal / courier networks. Please do not dispose of the goods or packaging until their investigation is concluded.
Cancellations: You may cancel your order up to 30 days from receipt. Your unwanted item(s) must be returned to us in a saleable condition, unused and in the original packaging within 30 days of authorisation. High value returns (order value over £36) must be sent back to us by a traceable method with proof of delivery. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.
Incorrect item: If we have made an error during the packing process please inform us within 48 hours of receipt. We will send you the correct item(s) upon verification and ask for the return of the incorrect item. Upon receipt, your postage will be refunded.
