The front of the brooch is in excellent condition. The back has a few scratches on it.

Please note that this item does not have a full British hallmark, we believe that the item is not of British origin. Therefore we are not selling it as hallmarked silver. The item does have a historical mark where it has been scratched and tested with acid.

About Us

Cash & Cheque Express are 3 stores located in and around the M25 area and have been trading since November 2000. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and all items are checked by our experienced staff.

Our operating times are Monday to Saturday from 9:30am until 5:30pm (Bank Holiday's excluded). Any questions asked outside of these hours may not be answered until the following operating day.

We operate under the VAT Margin Scheme for second-hand goods, i.e., Goods we have purchased from an individual with the intent to sell on. An invoice can be provided with our VAT number on; but no VAT can be listed separately under this scheme.

Shipping & Collection

We are unable to ship items to addresses outside of the United Kingdom; if the item is sent to an address and is then shipped outside the UK, we will not be held responsible for damage or loss that may occur in transit.

We can only dispatch to the address supplied at checkout and we cannot change delivery address post-payment.

Eligible items will be dispatched within 1 working day via a tracked service that can be selected at checkout; please see the delivery section above for details of what services are offered.

Alternatively, many items are available to collect from the store location, please contact us for details once checkout is complete. Items that are collection only are ineligible for delivery for a variety of reasons, usually due to size, or weight.

If payment is made prior to collection, we will request that you bring a form of photo ID with you along with the collection QR code/Order invoice.

* Passport with Proof of address

Cash & Cheque Express operates from 3 locations; the town and county where the store is located is specified in the information above, we are unable to respond to questions regarding our full address prior to purchase due to eBay Policy restrictions.

Payment

We ask that payment is made within 4 Days of auction ending/offer being accepted or the order will be automatically cancelled.

Postage for multiple items can be combined if they are being sent from the same location; please contact us to check if this is possible with your order.

Payments can be made in store if you are collecting your order; this can be cash or card payment.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return guarantee for items we sell:

• For items that were purchased by mistake or if you change your mind, the buyer assumes responsibility for sending the item back in the same condition that it was shipped in and at their cost. (e.g., New & Sealed items must be returned sealed).
  
• For items that arrive damaged, are faulty or are not as described, we will provide a pre-paid return label to send it back with either through eBay or, for heavy items, a courier.

Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned items and after inspection and testing (where applicable).
