Show this wounded bird a little love...

This incredible 1940's gown style dress was once loaned out via a vintage clothing & costume rental house I worked for, and these pieces were saved from the trash. I have washed this dress, using special silk-washing methods that are delicate on fabrics, but not as much on stains. Although she came out of the wash okay, I decided it would be too much work for me to revive her, but perhaps you are up to the challenge? The lace at the main bodice area is still intact, and the sleeves are in decent (possibly reusable) condition, but the shoulders and upper back are in poor shape -in fact, as I was measuring this dress, the mesh at upper back/neck tore completely. The skirt has a few holes scattered throughout, but the bigger issue is the staining/discoloration. I have done my best to photograph these flaws, but am happy to send more pics or a video, upon request. Dress features a tan rayon fabric lining, plus metal zipper side seam closure. No label present. Overall condition is poor, with many issues, as mentioned above -please review photographs for full details.
