- In 1884, the Sitzendorf factory began producing the lace figures.
- Cotton lace or cotton tulle, coated with porcelain mass, is placed in waves using a needle around the shaped figure, which has already been hardened at 800 degrees - it is also called pre-annealed.
- During the fire at around 1200 degrees, the "material carrier" cotton burns without leaving any residue and the spread porcelain remains as a delicate rock.
