Classic "Heritage Check" lining. Original belt. Leather covered buckles on waist belt and sleeves.  

It is marked "Reg 46" which is definitely a Large or Extra Large in US sizes. Some add'l measurements:

From Back Collar to Hem = 49 1/2"

From  Front Top Collar to Hem = 44  1/2" 

From Collar Seam to Wrist =  32  1/2
