This is a Matt Kenseth 2003 BAYER #17 Model Kit 1:24 Car. It is signed by Matt in silver sharpie on the windshield. As a bonus, I have included from my collection two signed items. One is a Crown Royal "Hero Card" and the other is a signed picture of Matt after winning the Daytona 500!
