This cover was mailed from New Zealand (town name unreadable) to San Francisco, California (date unreadable) franked by a 1/- claret & blue View of Timaru issue of 1950, Scott 278, a red & yellow 1-1/2d + 1/2d and a deep green & yellow 2d + 1d Health, Yacht Racing semi postal set of 1951, Scott B38 and B39, respectively, the right two stamps of which are tied to the envelope by a 'Buy Health Stamps of Health Camps' slogan machine cancellation.

Opened by lifting, the backflap is un-sealed and intact. No contents or backstamps..
