This is a complete set with art shipper, plaque, helmet, signature plaque, and stand. The original King Arts plaque affixed to the stand still has the plastic film on it. It can be removed by the buyer.  The art box does have storage and shipment wear as seen in the photos. King Arts provides the art box and plaque only as proof of authenticity and did not produce a specific certificate for this item.
