This vintage glass baby bottle was made by Pyrex for Evenflo.  It is 6-sided.   Included is just the glass bottle, no nipple or cap.  

No nicks, chips or stains.

Measures approximately 6 1/2 inches tall and 1 1/2 across the rim.
