This is the original Record Information Services (RIS) booklet / catalogue (No. 3 in the "Record Information" series) which numerically lists the complete (British) Brunswick 78 & 45 rpm Singles releases from 1952 to 1967 (when the series ended) - lots of Bill Haley, Brenda Lee, The Who, etc. (the Brunswick label handled all British releases for the U.S. Decca label). All entries fully track-listed and with the month & year of issue, etc.

The booklet also includes the complete list of Singles issued on Polygon and its Lyragon subsidiary, all 78 rpm (plus the Lyragon & Jazz Today EPs and LPs), from start to finish - 1950 to 1955, when it was absorbed by Pye-Nixa. Polygon was the label which started the careers of Petula Clark and Jimmy Young. Also plus Part Three of a complete listing of London (American) LPs, 1961-1962. The exact numerical runs are:
