Preowned, comes with everything shown.  Does not have all of the accessories but does have the tube and bottle.  Pink bed retracts and folds up for storage. Does not have the side fold down window but doesn’t affect play.  Normal wear from play, no big issues.  Se3 all photos. Very cute set for dolls. Smoke free home.
