Richly colored Cobalt Blue glass cast into a solid Sterling Silver setting made in the 1970s. Stamped .925 twice inside the band along with the mark 'S' with a bar through from top to bottom. Almost like a dollar sign $.

The blue glass in this classic ring measures 5/8” of an inch long by a hair over 3/8” of an inch wide.
