This vintage MASONIC ART is in Fair Condition...edges are torn, BUT...
...it appears that this could be nicely matted and framed since most of the damage is just along the edges...the actual art & document are in very good condition.
This large antique post Civil War DOCUMENT and beautiful piece of ART is very old, dated 1881 by the NEW YORK CITY Mason Lodge No. 271.
There is even an old PHOTOGRAPH of this Master Mason ROBERT HOWE NOBLE...we've seen others like this, but nothing this old...this is 135 years old!
The detail is really nice as you can see...a great piece of history with original seals...
This beautiful steel Engraving was made and printed by HENRY SARTAIN, Philadelphia, PA. Published by WELLINGTON JONES & CO. The print was from G.E. SICKLES.
This great piece of History even has an old photo of this Master Mason John Noble...Mr. Noble also signed it along with other Mason Brethren...it is so interesting!

This is a Great Antique MASONIC REGISTER Steel Engraving by JOHN SARTAIN...the paper is thick, but the edges are fragile, so we have it stored inside a large acid free acrylic sleeve with acid-free backing inside the sleeve...it is very easy to slide it out and have it matted...you could also display it in this protective SLEEVE from 1881...
