This is a unique 4" diameter Sun Face Home Decor paper weight, 1-1/4" wide.  You will note that there is a small hole above the nose which appears to be part of its design as it appears on all such pieces.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs and comes to you from a smoke-free environment.
