• During use, the oil level in the oil pan shall be kept higher than 1/4 of the depth of the oil pan, but the oil level shall not be higher than 2/3 of the depth of the oil pan.
• The second green indicator light is that the power light is on, which means the machine is powered on. Red is the heating lamp. When the knob is turned to the desired temperature, the red lamp lights up to indicate that the heating is in progress. When the heating reaches the specified temperature, the red lamp goes out to indicate that the current temperature reaches the specified temperature.
• The pot cover is made to keep the inside of the pot clean and warm. When capping, make sure that there is no water on the cover, to prevent water droplets from dropping into the pot and splashing hot oil and hurting people.
• A special frying basket is attached for frying smaller foods. There are hooks and handles on the basket. When making, immerse the basket in oil. When frying large food, you can directly put it into the oil pan for frying.
• When it is necessary to clear the oil in the pan, it should be carried out after the oil temperature drops to normal temperature, take out the frying basket and the guard board, cut off the power supply, take out the control box, and put it in a dry and clean place so that the oil pan can be removed for cleaning.
• The residue plate in the frying pan is designed to protect the electric heating tube. When frying food, the protective plate must be placed in the frying pan. After each use of the frying pan, the power supply should be cut off to ensure safety
• Use vegetable oil and do not use solid oil blocks directly into the pot. If you need to use solid oil, you need to separate it into liquid before it can be used in the fryer.
• Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3 cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before ordering.
