Shipping Policy

We will combine shipping to help you save $. Please ask prior to paying, so we can send you an invoice.

Packages will ship out within 1 Business Day from the payment date, excluding Sundays and holidays. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Please Note: USPS’s NEW PLAN to cut costs began October 1, 2021. First class is now by ground only, and  takes 2 to 5 business days. Please allow yourself time for your shipment to arrive.  Check your tracking number at the USPS website for the most accurate updates.

Orders under 1 pound will be shipped in a First Class mailing envelope or box and orders over 1 pound will be shipped Priority Mail in either a cardboard or bubble mailer or box (unless otherwise requested). Please select Priority Mail if you would like your item insured and faster than first class ground.

We offer standard and priority mail options. Click on the See details link in the Shipping area of our listing to see options. If you need expedited or overnight shipping, we are happy to do so, but please email us prior to paying. We will send you an invoice including the shipping service you prefer. We have access to Fedex 2 day air at reasonable rates for SMALL items that fit into flat rate packages, and will be happy to quote.

Packages are shipped to the confirmed address on your eBay account.

First Class International shipping is shipped with insurance, upon request.

Returns Policy

If you have any problems with your purchase, please contact us, and photos will help in case of condition issues. We will always work with you to resolve problems, as we strive to make sure our customers are happy with their purchases.

Returns cannot be accepted on new items if the packaging has been opened and/or altered in any way or for Squishmallows/Plush due to hygienic concerns.

Refunds Policy

Every effort will be made to resolve any issues that arise. Each is on a case by case basis. Please add any photos to correspondence to expedite your Return/Refund Request.

International buyers – please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or postage. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
