Despatch time: all orders will be dispatched within 1 working day from purchase (same working day for orders placed before 1pm).

Insurance & Compensation: all shipments are fully insured. In the event of loss or damage please report this to us as soon as possible and no later that within 7 working days from delivery (for damage claims) and no later than within 30 days from order date in case of parcel loss. Returns and Additional Information

60 day returns policy.

We are happy to accept returns for a full refund on any item purchased over the internet. Returns must be completed within 60 days of purchase of the item(s) and all items must be unused and returned in the same condition as they were received. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning item and we are unable to refund any postage cost, (except where goods are received faulty).
