HOW TO USE IT:
- Prep and set the edges of lips with the best-selling Prep + Prime Lip base for a smoother canvas and bolder blur.
- Twist up the stick base to reveal product. Apply along the lip line to allow the super-sleek design to hug and blur the edges of lips, then fill in the center with full-coverage color. Twist down the excess product after use.
