Customised/personalised items are dispatched asap but please allow up to 3 days for dispatch. UK orders are sent free via Royal Mail. return your order you are more than welcome. Returns are accepted within 30 days for replacements or refunds, please contact us before returning. Items should be returned in their original condition. Return of non-faulty items is unfortunately at the buyers expense. For hygene purposes pierced earrings can only be returned if faulty. |
