Managed Payments by Ebay, Paypal, Check or Money Order

If you'd like to pay via Check or Money Order, please contact us to arrange payment after placing the order. We'll place the order on hold and wait until payment is received and cleared (3-business days). Once the payment clears, we will process the order and send tracking information.

Shipping Information

Domestic Orders

Orders shipped within the United States are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Estimated transit times are listed below:

Shipping Methods and Tracking

You will receive either a delivery confirmation or tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority or UPS, depending on the weight and value of your order. Packages weighing 13oz or less ship via USPS Ground Advantage, while orders weighing more than 13oz ship via USPS Priority. UPS is used for all orders valued over $75 and all packages weighing 3lbs. or more.

Shipping Timeframe

Shipping via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS usually takes between 1 to 5 business days, after the order has left our warehouse. Packages sent via USPS Priority generally take between 1-3 business days.

Orders shipped to Canada or to countries outside the U.S. are shipped via USPS International Mail, which takes between 6 to 10 business days for delivery, but may be delayed due to Customs. Customers should be aware that delays caused by their Customs Office, are out of our control. In rare cases, an order may take up to 30 days. If your order has not been received within a reasonable time, you are encouraged to contact your local post office and inquire about any possible delays to your package.

International Orders

Orders shipped Internationally will be charged a flat shipping and handling fee of $16.95, plus $5 per additional item. Transit times for international orders vary depending on the destination country. Certain orders can take up to 60 days, while most orders arrive within 14 business days. Please be aware that, on orders that are subject to regulations, it is the responsibility of the Customer to abide by customs laws and pay all applicable taxes or duties.

Returns

Return Policy

We offer a 30 Day Money back return policy. The return period starts on the day you receive your package and ends on the 30th day from receipt of the order. As long as the postmark date on the package is within 30 days from the day you received your order, we will process your return. Items must be returned in unused condition and must include all items originally sent, including but not limited to: all pieces of protector, squeegee and microfiber cloth. Partial returns, specially those items offered as a 6-pack or 3-pack, will not be accepted.

Illumishield Lifetime Warranty

All illumishield products, including illumi Aquashield and HD Tempered glass products are backed by our 100% Lifetime replacement warranty. The warranty covers damage to the screen protector from daily use, installation issues and incorrect fitment problems. The Illumishield lifetime warranty does not cover damage to the device caused by improper installation and damage purposely caused to the protector.

In order to facilitate the replacement process please provide order details at the time of contact. Although the replacements are free, customers will be responsible for any shipping charges.
