J.ULLMANN & CO, 这家瑞士钟表公司成立于1893年，由加库.乌利文(Jaacques Ullmann)创建，进入中国市场后起名“乌利文”。这家公司当时在香港、上海以及天津都设有分公司，几乎所有乌利文公司在中国市场经销的钟表，在钟面上都有 J.Ullmann& Co.Hong Kong.Shanghai.TienTsin（天津旧英译）的签名字样，乌利文公司当时在中国上海的地址为：南京路564号；天津公司的地址在当时的法租界里面；而香港公司的地址为：女王路74号。
