Rare Vintage Shackman NY Clown Pop Up Box Toy

Please view all photos. Not perfect condition but looks great and everything is here! Some missing trim and marks on the clowns head. And it works- it pops up and squeaks when you open the box. There is no wind up mechanism, it’s a plastic accordion toy on the inside that compresses when the box is closed and expands quickly when opened.

I didn’t know anything was in the box initially and it completely scared me. This is definitely where fears of clowns come from…

Extremely rare. I can’t find anything at all similar- I did see one pop up box with a cat in it… but this is so unique!
