All boxes sent out are marked as "FRAGILE : Handle With Care" stickers and each box is certified with a 75lb Edge Crush Test (ECT) or 200lb bursting test. Any damaged boxes should be reported to your local post office. If your item is shipped via
First Class and is damaged during transit, you will
NOT be able to request a refund. If your item is shipped via
Priority Mail, your item is
automatically insured up to $50 (cost of shipping not included). You can file a claim with USPS to receive a refund.
Stolen packages are not covered with refunds or replacements. Please make sure to have your item delivered to a secure location.
