Here is an Ideal Industrial GFCI & Receptacle Tester 61-501 AND 45-025 Cable Ripper Wire Stripper.

Tester has some minor marks, but tests fine and works as expected.  Wire stripper looks new and unused.  Both are ready to work with no issues.
