A 1959 Official Rules of P-O-N-Y Baseball, Inc. booklet from Rawlings Sporting Goods Company. There is a nice advertisement for Mickey Mantle on the back cover and Ted Williams on the inside of the back cover. The booklet is in good condition with some minor wear along the spine area, some wear at the edges/corners,  and a very strong basement odor(like mildew  in a old basement). The pictures are of the front and rear covers along with some of the interior pages.
