So I'm not sure when this was made, it looks modern to me but the tag looks vintage (I took a shot of the tag for you)

Fabric feels like poly satin, but it could also be a silk blend

Bust measures 18 inches lying flat pit to pit

waist is 15 inches across

hips are 18 inches across

length is 48 inches

(fabric has the slightest bit of give but no real stretch)
