Grade C - Evident heavy usage with the presence of noticeable marks or scratches; product functionality remains unaffected.
 Grade D - Definitely expect cracks or significant damage to the item, and be aware that full testing   might not be conducted. Please note that returns are not accepted for Grade D items.
