Durability

To ensure durability, EK-01 compass has an anodized Zinc Alloy metal housing, and is proofed to resist harmful conditions, such as sand particles or being emerged in water.

EK-01 compass is liquid-filled and has a Saphire jewel bearing, allows the needle to move freely, and keeps it from twitching when you’re taking readings.
Wide Temperature Range
If you're hiking in low temperatures such as cold winter, or in hot temperatures like the desert, you want to make sure your compass can keep up.
The working temperature of EK-01 compass is -30° C to +60° C / -22° F to +140° F, ensured the liquid does not freeze or produce bubbles inside.
