Pokemon Center 2017 Ash Hat Pikachu Movie Version large size plush toy. It was only available at the Pokemon Centers in Japan, in April, 2017, for a very limited time and in very limited quantity.  These large size plushies are extremely difficult to find out because they sell out so fast.  Made of soft material (polyester).
