This is the Wodiam 16″ Pascal-10-S Silent Core Blade. The Pascal-10-S is a blade designed to be the fastest blade for cutting porcelains or UCS. It may also be used on granite or ES. This blade is designed for saws with adjustable rpm and works well on all materials except quartzite. It can be run up to 240” per minute. The Wodiam blades are the fastest cutting blades being produced today. This blade works well On UCS materials (Dekton, Lapitec, etc), porcelain, granite, engineered stone, and even quartzite. This blade can be your one-size-fits-all all It gives razor-sharp cuts on these materials coupled with good life too. While you can use this on quartzite it will hurt the life of the blade. Here are the minimum feed rates – if you run them slower than that the blade will actually glaze. The maximum speed depends on saw, hp, water, and water placement. The recommended cutting speeds are as follows:

2cm Dekton 80-120 inches per minute
2cm Dekton Quick-Cut 120-160ipm
2cm ES & soft granite: 240 inches per minute
3cm ES & soft granite: 120-160 inches per minute
2cm Hard Granite: 90-120 inches per minute
3cm Hard Granite: 80 inches per minute
2cm Quartzite: 70-80ipm
When cutting miters cut the feed rate to 60 percent of the rip cut

These high-production, silent core blades are manufactured in Europe by Wodiam using the finest materials available. General purpose blades show maximum speed tested on 2cm engineered stone (quartz) while porcelain blades show maximum speed when tested on 12mm ceramics.
