Please study pictures carefully, most of our items are second-hand and they will have imperfections and marks, major damage will be clearly stated. For a more in depth condition report or for any other queries please contact us direct.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

Free UK postage. We use Royal Mail, and Parcel-force. All our items are carefully packaged & posted in cardboard boxes. (smaller items will be sent in padded envelopes) Most of our items are dispatched the following (working) day after payment has been received. Please bear in mind if you purchase something on a Friday, it will not be dispatched until Monday morning.

RETURN POLICY -

If your item is damaged when it gets to you, we will provide a return label and offer you a full refund once the item has been returned. We will require pictures of the damage & damage to packaging

If you wish to return your item because of an error on your side or you simply have changed your mind, you are welcome to return your item however you must organise and pay for the return postage yourself, and your refund will be minus the original postage cost we paid to get the item to you.
