Perfect for bundling up a little one in colder climates. Large enough to accommodate a fully clothed bebe/small toddler. (In my opinion this is too big for a newborn or 3/6 month old)

Hooded. Zips down front with 2 buttons at neck. Beautiful condition, no flaws noted. 

Measures 15" across, armpit to armpit; 28" length; and 17" across bottom at widest part (see last pic for measurements)
