This is the Lego Dimensions Harry Potter Team Pack. As describe this as "New Other" because the Harry Potter and Lord Voldemort figures were assembled and used, but the Enchanted Car and Hogwarts Express were never built. The set is 100% complete with all parts, instruction manual and the original box.
