Measures Skirt - long - 32 inch from waist to hem. Waist 14 inch across top but elasticated and stretches to 21 inch across top. Hips stretch from 13 to 24 inch across - depending on how close fitting you want it.Top - 19 inch across chest, 23 inch shoulder to hem, 26 inch sleeve length.
