1970s? 1980? Unsure of model and year

Original owner pulled off some paint to expose chrome seat tube

Light pitting here

Fork crown has good pitting, missing chrome in spots, most notably at the front left of brake hole

Chrome on the stays are good

Lugs are mostly clean except some pitting on the underside of top lug (can’t see it)

Threads good all around

No dents, straight frame
