*Payment not received within 2 days will result in a cancelled transaction, and the item no longer available. Items can not be held for days.

SHIPPING

*Items ship out within 3 business days after receiving a cleared payment. Shipping transit time is determined by the shipping carrier. USPS Priority Expedited shipping is estimated to arrive in 2 to 3 days. Standard Parcel-Post Economy Shipping can take up to 10 days to arrive. Please note sellers are not responsible for shipping carriers’ transit times.

*I use the USPS shipping calculator though eBay. THEY determine the rates which are based on weight, package dimensions, and geographical distance between seller and buyer. Please do not leave low DSR ratings (stars) or negative feedback regarding shipping charges, for they are NOT my rates. I make ZERO $ off shipping. Sellers actually pay a fee on shipping.

*Free Shipping listings are for that one single item. Additional items purchased in the same order will have a combined shipping charge.

*Combined shipping is available for multiple items purchased at one time, if all items safely fit into one box. To receive an accurate quote, the items need to be gathered and weighed together. Please wait for the combined invoice, or ask for the quote prior to bidding if you have any concerns.

*A confirmed address with eBay required. Items can not be shipped to an address different from the one provided by eBay.

Purchase Conditions (as stated directly from eBay’s User Agreement, section #7)

When buying an item using our Services, you agree to the Rules and policies for buyers and that:

• You are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a bid or offer, buying, or committing to buy.
• You enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you buy the item, commit to buy the item, your offer for the item is accepted, you have the winning bid for the item, or your bid for the item is otherwise accepted, regardless of when payment is due or received.

Seller Disclaimer

*Returns are not accepted unless a serious error has occurred in the listing.

*Pre-owned used items may have minor faults or imperfections not recognized by the seller and, therefore not included in the item's description.  This does NOT constitute an “Item not as described” claim.  Anything used should be expected to have signs of use. “Excellent pre-owned condition” doesn't mean flawless or perfect. Items are inspected multiple times, and multiple photos are provided to insure an accurate description.  Anything noticeable will be pictured and or noted.

*Please note: sellers that do not accept returns are not obligated, and reserve the right to decline return requests. Sorry, but having your feedback damaged by buyers who claim something is “not as described”, when it is in the condition stated or even better, is very unfair and will be reported to eBay. Of course, if you receive the wrong item, or it’s damaged during shipping I will be happy to assist. 

*Regarding clothing: measurements are taken with the garment lying flat on the floor, and they will be noted in the description. Please use those measurements and compare them to an item you currently own, that fits.

*Computer monitors can have different contrast and/or brightness settings, and therefore may slightly alter the exact color from what’s pictured. Also note, camera flash can cause glare or do other weird things, please ask questions if something looks “off”.

*Mobile app shoppers:  Prior to bidding and purchasing, please view the listing page in full classic  desktop mode, if you are unable to see ALL of the description and photos. This is extremely helpful in showing a more accurate view, and possibly more photos in the description area.

*Canceling Orders: I no longer accept cancel order requests for ANY reason (if you already paid for the item). Sellers are charged a transaction fee, even if a buyer suddenly changes their mind and wants to cancel their order. Sellers can also receive negative performance marks from eBay regarding canceling some transactions. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so on your end, PRIOR to paying.
