What You'll Need:
- 3 Tbsp Milk (Dairy or Non-Dairy) or 1 Egg
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 3 Tbsp Oil or Butter
Makes 12 Cookies
Heat oven to 350°F.
Whisk milk or egg, vanilla, and oil or butter together in a large bowl.
Add baking mix and stir until dough comes together.
Drop 1 rounded Tbsp. of cookie mix onto a parchment lined or ungreased cookie sheet.
Press down rounded dough to flatten.
Bake for 9-12 minutes or until the cookies are slightly browned. Let cool before removing from cookie sheet to prevent cookies form sticking.
