Beautiful 1968 vintage watercolor from Joan Arend Kickbush depicting an Alaskan Inuit Girl in a bright blue coat with a Doll. 

The paper measures 13.5 x 6 1/4 -3/8 - the paper is not cut quite square.  The measurements are for the paper only, not the mat.

My mother bought this while my father was stationed at Fort Richardson in Anchorage.  It must have been shortly before they left because my father was discharged in the spring of 1968 and my parents moved back east.
