These Sandy Ingersoll (1908-1989) etchings depict various Montana scenes.

Ingersoll studied with Olaf C. Seltzer in Great Falls. Sandy's art and can be seen in the book THE WEST OF SANDY INGERSOLL(1974). In his younger years Sandy worked for a variety of cattle outfits. He did about every job associated with such operations and gained a real feeling for the cowboy's life. He was considered one of the last of the old time Montana cowboy artists.
