• Express delivery: Worldwide delivery by DHL express courier.
• Expedited service: We offer expedited express service at the buyer's expense. Final combined shipping rates will depend on the item's weight and dimensions.
• Shipping time: We guarantee all of our in-stock orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days.
• Charge Details: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
• Packing: We usually use foam wrap to fill all areas inside the box to protect the parts. Generally, we use cardboard boxes to pack the parts, but if the parts are too heavy, such as motors, we will make wooden boxes for them.

TERMS OF SALE AND RETURNS

• Warranty: 12-month warranty on the new items and a 90-day warranty on the used.
• Warranty extension service: If you require a warranty extension, please feel free to contact us to purchase additional warranty services.
• We offer site-wide Free Returns.
• All refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of the date of receipt. Transactions outside of 30 days are not eligible for refunds.
• We provide full refunds for items that do not match the description or are non-functional. Please consult the original listing for more details and terms. Items must be returned for inspection prior to refund.
• Items labeled as 'New' or 'New (Other)' must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and intact factory seals, to be eligible for a refund. If an item is removed from the manufacturer's packaging or if the factory seals are tampered with, the item will not qualify for a refund.
