Southwestern decorated rocker type single switch plate cover.

Ceramic. Hand-painted.

Painted design that includes a beige background, a blooming vine with red / orange flowers, a sky with birds flying overhead, and a hummingbird getting nectar from the blossoms. Signed in the bottom right corner, not sure about the letters (maybe BS). 

Approximately 3.75" wide x 5" tall x 5/8" thickness.
