A truly fantastic piece of the weaver's art. A throw blanket, a wrap or a wall hanging. The optical effect in the black and white portion is superb. This piece is actually two separate weavings 18" wide that have been stitched together to make a piece that is 36" wide. The length of the body is 54" with 3" fringe.
This could be from central or south America, which might explain the narrow width from a portable loom, or it could be from here in the states. Wherever the origin, this is a unique piece made by a very talented weaver.
