Peter Roland Fogarty was born in Zimbabwe in 1938 and passed away at age 82 to COVID - 2020. He became a Diplomat and travelled around Europe Paris & London. Well renown for his pencil drawings and water colours of birds. His pairings were displayed in Europe, London & Paris.
