This is a vintage pendant bead. The pendant is made from silver and is a filigree floral shape with a central feature of a blue and white Dutch windmill.
It tests as Sterling Silver, although I cannot see a hallmark.

This is secondhand in good condition with some minor signs of wear/tarnish.
