In March 2023, JP Oxford opened its eBay shop. We are a family run business based in the heart of Oxfordshire. Our aim is to bring new life to Preloved & Vintage items including, Clothing, Toys, Antiques, Games & so much more ..

Its not just preloved, we also offer a excellent range of new items too..

New items are added daily to our shop so please add us to your favourite sellers list to keep up to date and also subscribe to receive our emails & promotions, so you get notified of new stock & bargain deals. We aim for 100% satisfaction & our priority is to give our customers the best service & products at the right price.

Delivery & Returns

We offer as standard Royal Mail 48hr, we also offer Royal Mail 24hr service for an extra cost if you need your items that little bit quicker.

How do I change my delivery address? Add special instructions?

At the payment stage, you're given the option to insert a different delivery address to your payment address. If you need to amend the address after the order has been confirmed, then you can send us a message via eBay.

Where can I get tracking details for my item?

We will send tracking details for you to keep up to date with your delivery or get in touch with any questions and we can help you out.

30 day returns

If you're not 100% happy with your item, just let us know within 30 days of delivery and you can return it to us.

We will be happy to help with any questions you might have about returning your product. All you have to do is contact us via an eBay message.

Similarly, we've made every effort to display all product colours accurately. However we can't guarantee that the image displayed on your monitor will precisely reflect the true colour of the product delivered to you. Please also be aware that colours may differ between

We've tried our best to highlight any faults with a Red Arrow Sticker in the pictures. Pre-owned items might show evidence of minor prior wear although items are given a basic machine wash, we advise all items be washed when received, more thorough spot treatment may bring out small stains/marks/spots.

Cancellation

If you're not happy with your product or simply change your mind you can return it within 30 days of delivery and receive a refund. We're happy for you to unpack the item and inspect it properly as you would if you'd bought the item from a shop. However, if you have used it beyond this, it may have a knock-on effect on our ability to sell it to someone else. It means that where the value of the product is reduced by your use & may need rewashing. We may only make a partial refund (equal such reduced value) or subsequently charge you for the reduction in value. Your refund will be made within 48hrs of receiving the item back to us.
